Its passive grants +10% Lightning damage. While this bonus also applies to the weapon itself, Excalipurr, The Dragonmaker and Bone-Raiser are still better options.
This item is a guaranteed drop from a chest in King Woofhauser’s Trial. It is also a reward for completing The Power of the Horde quest.
