Overview
Bone-Raiser is a legendary weapon in Cat Quest 2.
Its passive grants health on hit equal to 10% of the damage dealt with attacks. While this is a very strong passive effect, the health gained is still rather low and overall, The Dragonmaker should be better for attacks and Excalipurr should be better for spells.
To get the most out of the passive, the Ranger Cap and Vest or the Jester Bee Cap and Suit are good options for more mobility while the Ninja Hood and Shroud and the Purrsecutor Helm and Armor are good options for more damage.
This weapon is also interesting for playing solo since the non-Player character is invulnerable and can slowly heal itself while Healpaw cannot be stopped on it and benefits from the Magic stat.
Bone-Raiser is quite interesting in combination with the First King's Raiment though and the only weapon besides Zero Faith that might be a realistic alternative to The Kingsblade.
While it has far worse stats and does not deal Royal damage, you don't need to upgrade it for the same reason, you don't need the Magic stat if you use Furry Shield and Purrserk and with the big attack stat of the Raiment, the passive will heal for a lot.
This item is a guaranteed drop in a chest in Cursed Ruins.
